Montgomery Equipment (“we,” “us”) sends text messages to customers who opt in. These include rental and booking updates (booking, contracts, identity-verification status, delivery/pickup and similar), reminder texts and, for customers who opt in on our booking page, promotional texts. Customers who opt in only to “rental updates” on our website forms or in chat get rental updates only.

Text messaging is optional. You can rent from us without agreeing to receive texts. We may still use your phone number for voice calls about your rental.
You opt in only when you take a separate, affirmative step: checking an unchecked SMS box on our booking page, website forms or chat. Providing a mobile number for contact is not by itself consent to receive automated texts.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Montgomery Equipment, including rental updates, reminders and (if you opted in on our booking page) promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
