Welcome to Montgomery Equipment. By using our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Rental Agreement
- All equipment rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement.
- Rental periods are defined as daily, weekly, or monthly unless otherwise agreed.
- The renter is responsible for proper use and care of the equipment.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required prior to equipment release.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or other methods specified in the rental agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
- Delivery and pick-up services are provided as agreed and may incur additional charges.
- Montgomery Equipment is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Liability & Damage
- Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
- Montgomery Equipment is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from improper use of equipment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Refunds are provided at our discretion according to the rental agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Montgomery Equipment and may not be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Montgomery County.
