Before we hand over rental equipment, we may verify your identity. Montgomery Equipment is the controller of that information. As needed for verification, we and our processors may process government ID images, a selfie or other biometric data, and related verification decision records. We use this information only to complete and protect the rental — not for marketing — and we do not sell it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing corey@montgomery-equipment.com or calling or texting 936-324-6888. We aim to respond promptly, typically within one business day.
When you request deletion of identity-verification data, or when that purpose ends, we instruct our processors to delete session media, biometrics, and related verification data, subject to law and records we are required to keep.

If you opt in to our rental text program, we use your mobile number to send messages about your rental (booking, contracts, identity-verification status, delivery/pickup, and similar) and, if you opted in on our booking page, reminder and promotional texts. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services (for example, Twilio) needed to deliver the messages.
You can rent from us without opting in to texts.
Unfinished booking information is kept up to 30 days and used only to follow up on that rental. We keep a record of texting consent and opt-out requests for up to 5 years. For texting opt-ins on our booking page, this includes the time, page and device/IP information from when you opted in.
