Welcome to Montgomery Equipment. By using our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Rental Agreement
- All equipment rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement.
- Rental periods are defined as daily, weekly, or monthly unless otherwise agreed.
- The renter is responsible for proper use and care of the equipment.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required prior to equipment release.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or other methods specified in the rental agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
- Delivery and pick-up services are provided as agreed and may incur additional charges.
- Montgomery Equipment is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Liability & Damage
- Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
- Montgomery Equipment is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from improper use of equipment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Unfinished bookings (agreement not signed or booking not fully completed) are holds only. Montgomery Equipment may release those dates if another customer needs them, with no cancellation fee.
After your booking is complete, cancel by calling or texting 936-324-6888:
- At least 48 hours before your pickup or delivery start — no fee, and any prepaid delivery is refunded.
- Less than 48 hours before start — $150 cancellation fee. Prepaid delivery credits toward that fee.
- No-show or not ready at the scheduled start — one day of that machine’s daily rate. Prepaid delivery credits the same way.
- If we arrive for delivery and no one is there to accept the machine, our driver returns with it — delivery fees are non-refundable, and the no-show fee (one day of that machine’s daily rate) also applies.
If Montgomery Equipment cancels because we can’t provide the machine or delivery, you pay no cancellation fee and prepaid delivery is refunded or we help you reschedule.
Rental balance is due at pickup or drop-off. Only delivery/transport is due in advance when you book delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Montgomery Equipment and may not be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Montgomery County.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Optional rental text messages are governed by our SMS Terms: https://montgomery-equipment.com/sms-terms/. By opting in (unchecked website checkbox or a clear verbal yes), you agree to those SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://montgomery-equipment.com/privacy-policy-2/, including that mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages are transactional/informational only (booking, contracts, identity-verification status, delivery/pickup). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. You may rent using email or voice without text
