All equipment rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement.
Rental periods are defined as daily, weekly, or monthly unless otherwise agreed.
The renter is responsible for proper use and care of the equipment.
Payment is required prior to equipment release.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or other methods specified in the rental agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Delivery and pick-up services are provided as agreed and may incur additional charges.
Montgomery Equipment is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
Montgomery Equipment is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from improper use of equipment.

Refunds are provided at our discretion according to the rental agreement.
